Families returning to St. Kilian Religious Education can complete this form for each child being re-enrolled. 

Families new to St. Kilian Religious Education must join the parish prior to enrolling children. Click here to join the parish. You may alternately call our office to have a new family registration form mailed or faxed to you. Once you have registered with the parish, you may enroll your child(ren) for classes.

It is extremely important that you send a copy of your child's baptism certificate when enrolling for the first time. The Religious Education Office cannot enroll your child without this certificate.

Enrollment is not finalized until you are contacted by the Faith Formation Office to confirm placement day and time.

Tuition:
$200 for 1 child
$250 for 2 children
$275 for 3 or more children
